Perks of the badge

What you get, beyond the title.

The program is built to make leadership tangible — for your resume, your skills, and your campus.

  • Leadership certificate

A verified credential signed by Wecncode that actually means something on your resume.

  • Priority bootcamp access

Early seats and a campus-exclusive scholarship pool for your chapter every cohort.

  • Mentor training

Learn to run workshops and hackathons from people who've taught thousands.

  • A national network

Join a private community of 200+ ambassadors across 40+ campuses.

  • Swag & event kit

Everything you need to set up a booth on day one — shipped to your hostel.

  • Profile recognition

Featured on Wecncode channels and a LinkedIn endorsement from the founding team.

How it works

From applicant to chapter lead.

  1. Apply in 5 minutes

One form about who you are, what you're building, and why your campus needs this.

  2. Interview & onboarding

A short chat with the community team, then a two-week training sprint with your cohort.

  3. Run your chapter

Host masterclasses, lead build nights, and bring the #wecncode movement to your campus.

Who we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled at a university — any year, any major
  • 5–6 hours a week for your chapter during the semester
  • A bias for action: you start things and bring people along
  • Prior event or community experience helps, but isn't required

Applications are open.

One ambassador per campus, per cohort. If your campus is on the list, claim it before someone else does.
