  • Usage information: with your consent, information about how you browse the public pages of our website (see section 7).

We ask only for information we need. Where a field is optional, we say so. If you choose not to provide required information, we may be unable to offer you the related Service.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account and confirm your identity;
  • review applications and manage registrations, enrollments and payments;
  • deliver our programs and sessions, including making session recordings available to participants;
  • send you service messages, such as confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions;
  • send you news and offers about our programs, where permitted (see section 5);
  • keep the Services secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
  • understand and improve how the Services are used;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means alone that would have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

4. Legal grounds

Depending on where you live, we rely on one or more of the following grounds:

  • Your consent, for example when you submit a form, create an account or accept analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Performing our agreement with you, for example to deliver a program you enrolled in.
  • Our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing and improving the Services, where these are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

5. Marketing messages

We may send you news and offers about our programs by email, phone or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, using the contact details you gave us. Where the law requires your consent, we send these only with your consent.

You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in a message or by writing to careercrew@wecncode.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about an account, application or program you have with us.

6. Session recordings

If you take part in a live session, your name and voice may be captured in its recording, and the recording may be made available to other participants and to our team. If you prefer not to be recorded, keep your microphone off and avoid sharing personal details during the session, or contact us beforehand.

7. Cookies

We use:

  • Essential cookies and similar storage, which keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and protect our forms. The Services cannot work without these.
  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how the public pages of our website are used. These are set only if you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, they are not set.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

8. How we share your information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf and under our instructions, in these categories: website hosting and data storage, sign-in, email and message delivery, payment processing, security and spam prevention, website analytics, and video conferencing and recording.
  • Other participants, who may see your name and hear your voice in a live session or its recording.
  • Authorities and advisers, where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public.
  • A successor business, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In that case this policy continues to apply to your information until you are told otherwise.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers process personal information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws different from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual commitments, for these transfers. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in these countries.

10. How long we keep your information
